In shortOne credit is one document of up to 100 pages, or four images. Free gives you 3 credits a month. Professional is €49 a month for 250 credits, Desk & Department €499 a month for 2,500 pooled credits, and pay as you go runs from €0.99 down to €0.17 a credit. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT.

Every plan runs all four detectors on every credit: AI-written text, citation verification, AI-generated images and altered images. Professional and above export annotated PDFs with an evidence appendix and include API access.
Pay as you go, web and API
No subscription. You are billed at the end of the month for the credits you used, from the web app or the API, and each tier applies only to the credits inside it. The first check needs no account.

The volume rule on every plan
On any subscription, credits past 5,000 in a month cost €0.20 and credits past 25,000 cost €0.17, whatever the plan’s normal overage rate. €0.17 is the lowest price a credit ever has.

Billing details
- Prices in euros, excluding VAT, which is added where applicable.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the period. Annual plans are billed upfront.
- Subscription credits renew each period and do not carry over. Overage is billed at the end of the period.
- Invoices are issued by FUNNELD LTD, United Kingdom, and are available in the account.
- Price changes are announced 30 days ahead and never apply to a period already paid.

- Is there a free AI detector in ProofVerity?
- Yes. The Free plan gives 3 credits a month with all four detectors and plain-language results, without a card. The first check needs no account at all.
- How much does ProofVerity cost for a teacher?
- €49 a month on Professional, which covers 250 documents or 1,000 images a month. Most teachers use a fraction of that.
- Is the API cheaper than the plans?
- The API is billed like pay as you go, from €0.99 down to €0.17 a credit by volume. For steady monthly use a subscription is cheaper per credit; for spiky or very large volumes the metered tiers win.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Subscription credits do not. Pay as you go has no credits to roll over: you pay for what you used.
